Delano Record Article on Grand Jury Letter
Last week the Delano Record published a great article on the Grand Jury letter that was sent to the McFarland city council. Most of the grand jury letter is quoted word for word and it speaks for itself.

I found this article interesting as it said the council is blantantly disreguarding the law,( ya we knew that ) well hey hey hey what do you say Thats a big 10-4 good buddy, Thats why they are being recalled.
I'm glad to see the grand jury taking a bite out of the mayors pants. Hey Mr mayor you better run.
Or should I say resing. Please do it for the City of Mcfarland,we need to move foward and we can't with you at the helm. Rafael, does the mayor read this blog? I bet he does.
