Another Trip to Las Vegas
It looks like Manuel Cantu is enjoying his last few weeks as councilman by taking another trip on the taxpayer's dollar. Looks like he attended some kind of event in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. Here are copies of expense records that I was given by the city.

Gee I guess maybe the City of Mcfarland should buy a private jet so these guys don't have to drive thier own cars. I can see it now, city approves purchase of private jet. Come to think about it I won't be the last one out of here.
So if the city gets a jet, does that mean McFarland will build an airport. That could increase tourism. (hee, hee) The chamber of commerce and run advertisements in Iowa, "Fly to McFarland and see the beautiful California farm land. See Highway 99 from high above on the Kern Ave. walkover as the freight train rolls down the tracks while the aroma of moist cow poop wofts through the air."
