WHY DON'T YOU MENTION ANYTHING ON THE MCFARLAND BUDGET FOR THE 2006 YEAR!IT FINALLY CAME OUT CORRECT??? YOU ALWAYS TRY TO COME UP WITH POINTLESS ARGUMENTS!!!!! YOU HAVE FAKE WRITTEN ALL OVER YOUR NAME.
What Melendez stated in paper was so far from the truth it really points out why he shoud be removed before city runs out of money. Melendez stated sewer plant was spending $700,000.00 per year before plant was contracted
out. This is false. City contract with outside company comes to $400,000.00 per year.City still pays for every thing
from power($200,000.00)to all up grades of plant.Before take over city payed about $50,000.00 per year for the very thing out side company is doing. I have proof in documentation & if any one would like to contact me on the above problem just ask any city worker or any citizen where
I am located & it will be no problem for me to back up all my statements.
