Ok, it looks like some people have been abusing the blog site and posting comments under other people's names. If you people can't prove your points without having to resort to these kinds of tactics then I guess I'll just have to treat you like the children that you are and moderate the comments.

Whoever decided it would be funny to pretend to be Ben Garza and write such nonsense is juvenile and really needs to grow up. If contributors to the blog can not act like civilized people, we will remove the option for people to post there comments and concerns. We want everyone to have a voice but if impersonating another person continues I will limit this blog to be a read only!
Why are the expenses of the mayor to the trip in korea such a big issue????? the city has thrown away lots of money in other things in the past before the ralph became mayor. I do not know if that was ben garza, but that did sound like him at the city metting. A couple of those comments were true!!! he disrespected the mcfarland community. Respond and be fare and let the people post what ever they want. dont moderate the comments. do facts hurt you???
Mrs. Rodarte so are you saying only the comments you and your husband want to display will be displayed on the site? Why do the comments need to be approved? Is the site going to be fair or only the comments against the mayor will be displayed.
Someone created an account under Ben Garza's name and posted a bunch of misleading information. Do you think that is fair? We will not censor any posts as long as they are legitimate.

so you should've just erased the "impersonated" comment why did you erase all 16 other comments. Where they hitting a little to close to home??? Wow. Your father-in-law insulted alot of people with his tirade at the council meeting, people are angry. they're going to vent. truth hurts . . . live with it!!

YOU CREATED A BLOG SO EVERYONE IN OUR COMMUNITY COULD COMMENT. SO IT SEEMS TO ME, THAT IS WHAT EVERYONE IS DOING "GOOD" OR "BAD". SO BE HAPPY YOUR BLOG IS WORKING. CENSORSHIP IS NOT THE WAY TO GO MR. RODARTE. IF YOUR GOING TO CENSOR THIS BLOG SOMEONE ELSE MIGHT JUST CREATE A DIFFERENT BLOG. IF ONE HAS NOT BEEN CREATED ALREADY. I'VE LIVE IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR MOST OF MY LIFE. I have lived for almost all of my life in McFralnd as well. I went to grade school here and graduated for McFarland High. Everyone can comment, comments will be let through as long as noone is impersonating someone else. Unfortunately some person thought it would be funny to do just that and it became apparent that we couldn't allow the blog to go uncensored. I agree, if changes need to be made, it has to be a group effort. We invite everyone in the community to our meetings and welcome any input, ideas, concerns, questions, that people may have about our current situation.

city govt.,then why can'nt
city officials work with the citizens of McFarland.
