Community Center Lease Documents

It turns out that our city officials may have failed to check for restrictions on the use of the land that the community center sits on. The land was donated to the city back in 2001 under a specific set of conditions. One of those conditions may require the city to build a new community center of equal or greater value before they remove the old one. The links below are for copies of the property transfer agreement and the quitclaim deed for the exchange of the land.
